Cancellation Policy

Low/Medium Season

- If canceled up to 14 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If canceled up to 7 days before arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- If canceled less than 7 days before arrival date or modified or in case of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

High Season

- If canceled up to 21 days before arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If canceled up to 14 days before arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- If canceled less than 14 days before arrival date or modified or in case of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.

Check-In

From 14:00 hours
If the room is already prepared and the previous guest has checked-out, then it is possible to have an earlier check-in.
Please contact us for late check in.

Check-Out

Until 12:00 hours
